Australian Shipping

We ship Australia-wide – PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, and rural areas included.

 

All orders are fulfilled using Starshipit, with deliveries handled by:

  • Australia Post

  • Sendle

 

Our system automatically selects the best delivery partner based on your location for the fastest & safest delivery of your pup’s treats.

 

  • VIC, NSW, TAS, SA & ACT (street addresses):
    • Standard Shipping 
    • Australia Post Shipping – via AusPost
 
  • WA, NT, QLD & all PO Boxes/Parcel Collect/Parcel Locker addresses:
    • Australia Post Shipping only

New Zealand Shipping

We ship to New Zealand at cost. Please select your preferred option at checkout.

 

Important: Due to NZ Customs rules, we cannot provide refunds/credits for items refused or destroyed by NZ Customs.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide at cost. Please select your option at checkout.


Important: Customs regulations vary. Many countries restrict dried seafood/meat products. Please check your local rules before ordering. Reef Treats cannot refund/credit parcels rejected or destroyed by customs.

Dispatch & Delivery Times

Reef Treats orders are packed and shipped every Monday.


As a small team, we batch all orders placed throughout the week and send them out together on Monday mornings — so if you place an order on a Tuesday, it will be shipped the following Monday.

 

We use Australia Post and Sendle, and delivery times typically range from 5–20 business days depending on your location.

 

We truly appreciate your patience and support as we continue to grow. Our goal is to move toward daily shipping in the future!

 

Delays may occur due to courier networks, weather, or peak periods

 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times are outside our control – but we always do our best to help track and resolve any issues.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel doesn’t arrive within the tracking timeframe, please contact us at tyro@reeftreats.com

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout and in your confirmation email. Incorrect or outdated addresses from autofill are a common issue.

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we’ll update it free of charge.

 

  • If your order has already shipped, redirection fees may apply.
