Subscriptions
How does billing work?
Subscriptions are billed automatically(monthly).
Can I pause or skip a box?
Yes! You can pause, or cancel anytime via your account portal or by emailing us.
Can I switch subscription tiers?
Absolutely — you can upgrade or downgrade at any time.
What happens if I cancel?
You won’t be charged again. If a box has already shipped, that order is final, but all future renewals will stop.

How are Reef Treats made?
All of our Treats are air-dried, single proteins — nothing else. No fillers, no additives, no preservatives. Just 100% natural Aussie protein.
And yes — everything is made from human-grade ingredients (never roadkill, scraps, or mystery meat).

Proudly in Australia. Every ingredient we use is 100% Australian, and production happens in accredited Aussie facilities.

Where do you ship?

How long does delivery take?
Reef Treats orders are packed and shipped daily.
We use Australia Post, and delivery times typically range from 5–20 business days depending on your location.
What if my parcel is late or lost?
If your Treats don’t arrive within the expected timeframe, email us at tyro@reeftreats.com We’ll help you track it down and, if needed, re-send your order. Lost parcels are rare, but we’ll always look after you.
