Introduction

Reef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818) (“Reef Treats”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) administers the Reef Treats platform and conducts this trade promotion.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at https://reeftreats.com (the “Site”), the Reef Treats members platform made available through the Site (the “Software”), and the information, content, features and services provided through the Site (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing the Site, using the Service, or purchasing Reef Treats products or membership packages, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the Site or participate in this promotion.

Reef Treats reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing the updated Terms and Conditions on the Site. Continued participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of any amended Terms and Conditions.

Unless otherwise specified, all times and dates referenced in these Terms and Conditions are Melbourne, Australia time (AEST or AEDT depending on the date).

Promotion Period

Reef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818) is conducting a Trade Promotion (“Promotion”).

The Promotion will:

Commence: 14 March 2026 at 12:00am (AEST)
Close: 10 May 2026 at 8:00pm (AEST)

The draw will take place at 8:30pm (AEST) on 10 May 2026.

Eligibility

Entry is open to all Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding:

Employees of Reef Treats Pty Ltd
Directors, officers, managers or contractors of Reef Treats
Immediate family members of those persons
Any agencies associated with this Promotion

Immediate family includes spouses, parents, siblings and children.

How to Enter

Participants may enter the Promotion by:

Purchasing a Reef Treats product, or
Purchasing a Reef Treats Membership Package

via the Reef Treats website:

Each eligible purchase will automatically generate entries into the Promotion.

Participants may enter multiple times by making additional eligible purchases.

When entering, participants must provide:

Full name
Residential address
Phone number
Email address
Date of birth

Participants are responsible for ensuring all details provided are accurate and current. Reef Treats accepts no responsibility for incorrect or incomplete entries.

Upon entry, participants will receive confirmation via email including their allocated entry number(s).

Entry numbers are allocated using an electronic random allocation system.

Reef Treats reserves the right to use an alternative entry allocation or draw method if required due to technical issues.

Entries cannot be purchased separately and are only available through the purchase of Reef Treats products or membership packages.

Prize Details

Total Prize Pool Value: AUD $45,000

Major Prize

The winner will receive one (1) of the following at their choice:

• One (1) 2024 Ford Everest
• One (1) 2024 Ford Ranger
• $45,000 AUD cash alternative

No secondary prizes or additional prizes will be awarded.

This promotion contains one (1) prize only.

If the advertised vehicle becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control, Reef Treats reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.

Prize Draw

The draw will take place at:

8:30pm (AEST) on 10 May 2026

Location:
786 Esplanade, Mornington VIC 3931

The draw will be conducted using randomdraws.com.au, an independent electronic random draw platform used for Australian trade promotions.

Reef Treats reserves the right to conduct the draw using an alternative method if required.

Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by phone and email within seven (7) days of the draw.

The winner’s first initial, last name and postcode will be published on:

within 30 days of the draw.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be issued within 90 business days of the draw.

If the prize includes a vehicle, the winner must arrange insurance prior to collection or delivery.

The winner must collect the prize within 30 days or arrange transport at their own expense.

Any on-road costs, registration, insurance, or delivery costs are not included unless otherwise stated.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize remains unclaimed after 90 days, a redraw will take place.

The redraw winner will be notified within 7 days and their details published on https://reeftreats.com within 30 days.

Purchases

All purchases of Reef Treats products and membership packages are final and non-refundable, except as required under the Australian Consumer Law.

Each eligible purchase provides entries into the Promotion.

Entries are provided free of charge as part of a promotional campaign and cannot be purchased separately.

Promoter Representations

Reef Treats confirms that:

This promotion is conducted to promote the Reef Treats brand.
Entry into the promotion is incidental to the purchase of Reef Treats products.
No standalone lottery tickets are sold.
The promotion is funded entirely by Reef Treats Pty Ltd.

Participant Conduct

Participants must not:

Attempt to manipulate the Promotion
Interfere with the entry or draw process
Submit fraudulent entries

Reef Treats reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer

By entering the Promotion, participants agree that:

Disputes will be resolved individually and not through class actions
Claims are limited to out-of-pocket expenses
Participants waive rights to claim indirect or consequential damages

Reef Treats is not responsible for:

Website outages
Technical failures
Lost or delayed entries
Electronic system errors

Reef Treats reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Promotion if it becomes impossible to conduct the Promotion as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s control.

Promotion Independence

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by the manufacturers of the prize vehicles.

Entrants release the manufacturers from any claims relating to this Promotion.

Winner Publicity

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Reef Treats to use their name, image, likeness and location for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

This promotion is conducted in accordance with NSW Fair Trading Trade Promotion Lottery guidelines.

Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.

In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and the Reef Treats website Terms and Conditions, the website Terms and Conditions will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

1. Online Store Terms

You confirm you are at least the age 18 in your state/territory of residence, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
You must not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You must not transmit any worms/viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
You understand your content (excluding payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks and changes to conform to technical requirements. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission

Information on this site is provided for general reference. We are not responsible if information on the site is not accurate, complete, or current. We may modify site content at any time with no obligation to update any information.

4. Modifications to the Service & Prices

Product prices may change without notice.
We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice.

5. Products, Subscriptions & Availability

Some products/services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately; we cannot guarantee your device’s display.
We may limit sales to any person, household, region, or jurisdiction and limit quantities per order.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion.

Pet Health Notice: Our treats are intended as complementary pet food only. Always supervise your dog when chewing, provide fresh water, and select suitable treat sizes/types for your pet. If your pet has allergies or medical conditions, consult your vet before use.

6. Subscription Terms (Recurring Billing)

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the stated interval until you cancel.
You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting us before your next renewal is processed.
Changes made after a renewal is processed may apply to the following cycle.
Promotional benefits tied to subscriptions (e.g., bonus entries, discounts, or gifts) are subject to the specific promo terms in effect at the time and may change or end.

7. Promotions, Competitions & Bonus Entries

From time to time we may run promotions or competitions. Each promo has its own terms (eligibility, entry period, method of entry, prize details, and how winners are selected/notified).
Where promotions involve accumulating or bonus entries, entries will be credited per the promo terms. Promotions are void where prohibited and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
If required by law, we will publish additional conditions or permits for specific promotions.

8. Order Acceptance, Billing & Account Information

We may refuse any order or limit/cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order (including orders under the same account, card, and/or shipping address).
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email/phone/billing address provided.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update details (email, card numbers/expiry, addresses) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Your use of any third-party tools/services is at your own risk and subject to those providers’ terms.
Future new features/services on the site will also be subject to these Terms.

Third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining/evaluating the content or accuracy and assume no liability for third-party materials, products, or services.
Review third-party policies carefully before engaging in any transaction. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

11. User Content: Comments, Reviews & Submissions

If you send ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, reviews, images, or other materials (“Comments”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to edit, copy, publish, translate, distribute, and otherwise use such Comments in any media.
We may (but are not obliged to) monitor, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
You warrant your Comments do not violate any third-party rights and do not include unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material or malware. You are solely responsible for your Comments.

12. Personal Information & Privacy

13. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information containing typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability). We reserve the right to correct and to change/update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order).

14. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
(a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit unlawful acts; (c) to violate any laws/regulations; (d) to infringe intellectual property rights; (e) to harass/abuse/defame or discriminate; (f) to submit false/misleading information; (g) to upload viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect/track personal information; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for obscene/immoral purposes; or (k) to interfere with security features. We may terminate your use for any prohibited use.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under Australian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reef Treats and its officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Service or products.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the ACL that cannot be excluded by law. Where permitted, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacement, repair, resupply, or refund.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reef Treats Pty Ltd and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed—without affecting the validity of remaining provisions.

18. Termination

These Terms are effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the site and notifying us. If, in our judgment, you fail (or we suspect you have failed) to comply with any term, we may terminate your access without notice and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with policies posted on the site (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide Services are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable state/territory laws. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state/territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
