Introduction

Reef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818) (“Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”) conducts this Prize Promotion (“Promotion”) in New South Wales. These terms apply to entry into and participation in this Promotion.

Unless otherwise stated, all times and dates are the times and dates in Melbourne, Australia (AEST/AEDT as applicable).

Promotion Period

The Promotion commences on 9 January 2026 at 12:00am (AEST) and concludes on 1 March 2026 at 8:00pm (AEST).

Draw Details

The draw will take place at 8:30pm (AEST) on 1 March 2026.
The draw will be conducted using randomdraws.com.au. The Promoter reserves the right to use an alternative draw method if randomdraws.com.au is unavailable for any reason.

Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
Employees, directors, officers, managers and their immediate families of the Promoter and associated agencies are ineligible to enter.

How to Enter

Participants may enter the Promotion by purchasing:

a Reef Treats Membership Subscription Package; or
a one-off Reef Treats product,

during the Promotion Period via:

https://reeftreats.com; or
official Reef Treats social media links.

Participants must provide their:

full name;
residential address;
phone number;
date of birth; and
email address.

Entries are deemed invalid if incomplete, incorrect, or illegible.

Entry Numbers

Each eligible entry is allocated a unique entry number generated electronically. Entrants will receive email confirmation of their entry number(s). Multiple entries are permitted.

Prize Details

The total prize pool is valued at AUD $25,000.

Major Prize:
One (1) 2025 Sea-Doo Fish Pro OR $15,000 AUD cash, at the sole discretion of the winner.

This is a single-prize promotion.
No bonus prizes, secondary prizes, or additional prizes are offered.
No other prizes exist.

Winner Notification

The winner will be drawn at the time and date stated above and notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw.

Prize Collection, Transport & Costs

The prize is located in Cairns, Queensland.

The winner is solely responsible for collecting the prize from Cairns, Queensland, and for all costs associated with collection, transport, delivery, registration, insurance, licensing, storage, and any other costs required to take possession and use of the prize.

The Promoter does not provide shipping, transport, registration, insurance, or any on-road costs.

The prize must be collected within 30 days of notification unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Promoter. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, subject to applicable laws.

Prize Issuance

The prize will be made available to the winner within 30 business days of the draw.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize is not claimed within 90 days of the original draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 10 June 2026 at 8:30pm (AEST) at 786 Esplanade, Mornington VIC 3931, using the same draw method as the original draw.

The unclaimed prize winner will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the redraw.

Promoter’s Rights

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or breaches these terms.

Cancellation or Suspension

If this Promotion cannot run as planned due to events beyond the Promoter’s control, the Promoter may cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, subject to NSW regulatory approval where required.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance of the prize, except for rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

Privacy and Publicity

By entering, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. If a winner, the entrant agrees to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes as required by law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Introduction

Reef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818) (“We”,

“Us”, or “Our”), Trade Permit (Licence No: T26/1) administers the Reef Treats platform, which

offers reef treats pet food treats, and governs your use of our

website located at reeftreats.com (the “Site”), the Reeftreats Members platform made

available through the Site (the “Software”), and the information, content, features,

and services provided through the Site (collectively, the “Service”).

YOUR USE OF THE SITE AND/OR THE SERVICE, OR THE PURCHASE OF OUR

MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES OR PACKAGES, SIGNIFIES YOUR AGREEMENT

TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND CONSTITUTES YOUR BINDING

ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS, INCLUDING ANY MODIFICATIONS THAT

REEF TREATS MAKES FROM TIME TO TIME.

If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, you may not use the Site or the

Service. Reef Treats may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the

amended terms on the Site, and you agree that you will be bound by any changes to

these terms. Reef Treats may make changes to the Site and/or the Service at any time.

You understand that Reef Treats may discontinue or restrict your use of the Site and/or the

Service for any reason or without notice.

Unless otherwise specified in these terms and conditions, all times and dates

specified are the times and dates in Melbourne, Australia, which may be in the time

zones AEST or AEDT depending on the date.

Reef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818) is

conducting a Prize Promotion (“Contest”) for individuals (“Participants”). The Contest

will commence on 19th January 2026, at 00:00 and conclude on 1st March 2026, at

20:00. The draw will take place at 20:30 on 1st March 2026.The winner of the major prize will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw.

Conditions of Entry

Participants are eligible to enter the Contest by purchasing one of our official

Membership Packages or by a one-off Reef Treats purchase which automatically

enters the Contest. Details on Membership Packages are available at

https://reeftreats.com

Entry is open to all Australian residents over the age of eighteen (18) excluding employees, directors,

officers, managers and other staff (and their immediate families) of Reef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818 and its related bodies corporate, or of the agencies and companies associated with

the Contest (together, the Reef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818 Associates).

When purchasing one of our official Membership Packages or a one-off Reef Treats package

, Participants are prompted to provide the following details:

name;
address;
phone number;
date of birth; and
email address.
It is the responsibility of Participants to ensure that their personal details

provided in order to enter the Contest are accurate and correct. Reef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818 takes no

responsibility for any entries that are incorrect or indecipherable.

Participants will receive an online message to their nominated email address

confirming that the Participant has received an entry or entries into the

Contest. This email will inform Participants of the entry numbers (Entry

Numbers) allocated to each entry.

Entry Numbers are allocated randomly to Participants using an electronic

random number generator. Reef Treats Pty Ltd ABN 69 691 856 818 reserves the right to use an alternative entry

allocation and winner selection method, including a live draw, if its electronic software becomes unavailable for any reason.

Participants may enter the Contest more than once.

Entry Methods

Purchase a Membership Subscription Package or Reef treats product at https://reeftreats.com or through our social media links.

Prize Details

- The total prize pool is valued at AUD $25,000.

Major Prize:

- One (1) 2025 Seadoo Fish Pro OR $15,000 AUD cash, at the sole discretion of the winner.

No bonus prizes, secondary prizes, or additional prizes will be awarded.

This is a single-prize promotion only. No other prizes exist.

The winner will be drawn using randomdraws.com.au, Australia’s only government-approved Random Number Generator. Reef Treats reserves the right to use an alternative draw method if we are unable to use randomdraws.com.au for any reason.

Winner Announcement

Winners will be announced at 20:30 on 1st March 2026.The winner of the major prize will be notified in writing by email within seven (7) days of the draw.

As the total prize value exceeds $250, the winner’s details (last name, first initial, and postcode) will be published on the Promoter’s website at https://reeftreats.com within thirty (30) days of the draw, in accordance with Schedule 11, Regulation 4 of the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA).

Prize Issuance

Prizes will be issued within 90 business days of the draw. For unclaimed prizes after

90 days, we reserve the right to redraw a new winner using the same method as

before. Redraw winners will be published as previously stated.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

If the prize is not claimed within ninety (90) days of the original draw, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted on 10 June 2026 at 8:30pm AEST at 786 Esplanade, Mornington VIC 3931, using the same draw method as the original draw.

The winner of the unclaimed prize draw will be notified in writing within seven (7) days of the redraw.

As the prize value exceeds $250, the unclaimed prize winner’s last name, first initial, and postcode will be published on https://reeftreats.com within thirty (30) days of the redraw.

Other Important considerations

If required, the winner is required to obtain insurance and provide confirmation

of the said insurance to the Promoter prior to the winner arranging for

delivery of the Prize or the Winner’s collection of the Prize.

The winner is required to collect the prize within 30 days or organise shipping or transport.

The Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or

associated with manufactures of the prize(s) and Entrants hold the

manufacture harmless from any claims, loss or damage.

On-road-costs are not included.

Purchases

All purchases of Membership Packages and products are final and non-refundable except as

required by Australian Consumer Law. Every Membership Package offers a Reef Treats product with an additional free entry which has an equal chance of winning. One entrant can win multiple prizes.

Reef Treat’s Representation and Warranties

The Contest promotes the Reef Treats brand.

No sale of Prize Promotion tickets – Membership Packages grants free

entries to the Prize Promotion at no additional cost.

Entries into promotional prizes are for Reef Treat’s customers only and cannot be

purchased separately.

The Contest is funded entirely byReef Treats Pty Ltd (ABN 69 691 856 818 and may be promoted by third parties.

Reef Treats reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater

value if the original prize becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond

our control. This includes a cash alternative.

Participant’s Representation and Warranties

Participants shall not attempt to manipulate Contest results by contacting any Reef Treats

affiliates, employees, sponsors, or partners.

DISCLAIMER

By entering the Contest, Participants agree that:

Disputes will be resolved individually, not in any form of class action.

Claims are limited to out-of-pocket costs, excluding legal fees.

Participants waive rights to claim punitive or consequential damages.

Reef Treats is not liable for website access issues, electronic or computer

malfunctions, or issues with Contest entry receipt.

Reef Treats reserves the right to disqualify any Participant tampering with the

Contest and to suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest due to unauthorized

intervention or technical failures.

The Contest is void where prohibited by law.

If they win the prize promotion, the winner allows Reef Treats to the use their name,

photo and likeness for promotional purposes as required under law.

Cancellation / Suspension of Promotion

If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.

Final Provisions

Reef Treats assumes no responsibility for entry problems due to technical

malfunctions. Any attempt to deliberately damage the website or undermine

the Contest is a legal offense. Reef Treats may seek legal damages against such

actions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.

This promotion is conducted in accordance with the Lotteries Act 2019 (SA) and the Lotteries Regulations 2021 (SA).

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Prize Promotion

T&Cs and any other T&Cs incorporated by reference into this agreement,

including but not limited to the Reef Treats website T&Cs, the Reef Treats website T&Cs

shall prevail to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency. For the avoidance of

doubt, where no conflict or inconsistency exists, the terms of both documents

shall apply cumulatively.

1. Online Store Terms

You confirm you are at least the age 18 in your state/territory of residence, or you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
You must not use our products for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
You must not transmit any worms/viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

2. General Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.

4. Modifications to the Service & Prices

Product prices may change without notice.
We may modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice.
We are not liable for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance.

5. Products, Subscriptions & Availability

Some products/services may be available exclusively online and may have limited quantities. Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.
We make every effort to display product colours and images accurately; we cannot guarantee your device’s display.
We may limit sales to any person, household, region, or jurisdiction and limit quantities per order.
All product descriptions and pricing are subject to change at any time, at our sole discretion.

Pet Health Notice: Our treats are intended as complementary pet food only. Always supervise your dog when chewing, provide fresh water, and select suitable treat sizes/types for your pet. If your pet has allergies or medical conditions, consult your vet before use.

6. Subscription Terms (Recurring Billing)

By purchasing a subscription, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the stated interval until you cancel.
You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or by contacting us before your next renewal is processed.
Changes made after a renewal is processed may apply to the following cycle.
Promotional benefits tied to subscriptions (e.g., bonus entries, discounts, or gifts) are subject to the specific promo terms in effect at the time and may change or end.

7. Promotions, Competitions & Bonus Entries

From time to time we may run promotions or competitions. Each promo has its own terms (eligibility, entry period, method of entry, prize details, and how winners are selected/notified).
Where promotions involve accumulating or bonus entries, entries will be credited per the promo terms. Promotions are void where prohibited and may be changed or withdrawn at our discretion.
If required by law, we will publish additional conditions or permits for specific promotions.

8. Order Acceptance, Billing & Account Information

We may refuse any order or limit/cancel quantities per person, per household, or per order (including orders under the same account, card, and/or shipping address).
If we change or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you via the email/phone/billing address provided.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to promptly update details (email, card numbers/expiry, addresses) so we can complete transactions and contact you as needed.

Third-party links may direct you to sites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining/evaluating the content or accuracy and assume no liability for third-party materials, products, or services.
Review third-party policies carefully before engaging in any transaction. Complaints regarding third-party products should be directed to the third party.

11. User Content: Comments, Reviews & Submissions

If you send ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, reviews, images, or other materials (“Comments”), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to edit, copy, publish, translate, distribute, and otherwise use such Comments in any media.
We may (but are not obliged to) monitor, edit, or remove content at our discretion.
You warrant your Comments do not violate any third-party rights and do not include unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or obscene material or malware. You are solely responsible for your Comments.

12. Personal Information & Privacy

Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy (see: Privacy Policy link on our site).

13. Errors, Inaccuracies & Omissions

Occasionally there may be information containing typographical errors or inaccuracies (e.g., descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability). We reserve the right to correct and to change/update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you submit your order).

14. Prohibited Uses

In addition to other prohibitions in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
(a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit unlawful acts; (c) to violate any laws/regulations; (d) to infringe intellectual property rights; (e) to harass/abuse/defame or discriminate; (f) to submit false/misleading information; (g) to upload viruses or malicious code; (h) to collect/track personal information; (i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (j) for obscene/immoral purposes; or (k) to interfere with security features. We may terminate your use for any prohibited use.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.
The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement, except where such warranties cannot be excluded under Australian law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reef Treats and its officers, employees, agents, contractors, suppliers, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs arising from your use of the Service or products.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL): Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantees, rights, or remedies under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and the ACL that cannot be excluded by law. Where permitted, our liability is limited (at our option) to replacement, repair, resupply, or refund.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Reef Treats Pty Ltd and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from any claim or demand (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable portion will be deemed severed—without affecting the validity of remaining provisions.

18. Termination

These Terms are effective unless terminated by you or us. You may terminate at any time by ceasing use of the site and notifying us. If, in our judgment, you fail (or we suspect you have failed) to comply with any term, we may terminate your access without notice and you remain liable for all amounts due up to the termination date.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with policies posted on the site (including our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Returns & Refunds Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us and supersede any prior agreements.

20. Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide Services are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and applicable state/territory laws. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state/territory and the Commonwealth of Australia.
